JEE Main 2023 January Session-1 Exam: JEE Main 2023 exam is going to start on Tuesday, 24 January. On the first day, the BE-B. The tech exam will be held in CBT mode in two shifts. Then on January 25, there will be the examination for BE-B.Tech admissions. After this, there is no exam on 26th January and 27th January. After this, the next exam will be the BARC exam on 28th January. At the same time, from January 29 to February 1, the examination for BE-B. Tech will be conducted again.
According to Engineering Career Counselor Amit Ahuja, students have to report at their own reporting time given on the admit card. Students can log in on the given system 10 minutes before the commencement of the paper. After logging in, the instructions given to the students should be read thoroughly. Students should maintain a balance between the speed and accuracy of solving the question papers during the examination so that their question paper can be solved in the stipulated time.

Entry will be closed half an hour before the commencement of the examination.
The lab will be allotted to the students through the bar code reader given in the admit card.
Students will also be given a three-layer mask, which will be mandatory for the student to use while taking the exam.
In the self-declaration format, the student will have to take the left-hand thumb impression and his/her photograph on the admit card.
The student has to put his/her own signature in this format in the presence of the invigilator at the examination center.
Students will have to bring with them an Aadhaar card or any ID proof self-declaration filled admit card, transparent pen, self-photo, sanitizer, and a transparent bottle of water.
Students will not be allowed to bring any electronic gadgets with them.
Also, thick-soled shoes and clothes with big buttons will not be allowed.
Six rough sheets will be provided to the students for rough work at the examination center, which will have to be returned after writing the name and roll number at the end of the examination.
Along with this, the student will also have to leave the admit card and self-declaration form at the designated place after the examination is over.
Physically challenged students will be given one hour extra for the exam, along with this scribe will be given by NTA only.
