Rozgar Mela: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Friday said that present-day youth have more responsibility than their pre-independence counterparts as the entire country now progresses on the basis of their capabilities. Pradhan said this after distributing 128 appointment letters to newly recruited recruits as a part of the job fair in the Odisha capital. He said that the newly recruited youth should work like soldiers as the progress of the country is linked to their hard work.
Distribute 71 thousand appointment letters in the third phase of the employment fair
Pradhan, Union Minister for Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, hands over appointment letters to those recruited to serve in Indian Railways, Assam Rifles, Income Tax Department, IIT Bhubaneswar, EPFO, India Post, NALCO, ESIC, BSF, SAIL, and other government departments and organizations distributed. Noting that Prime Minister Narendra Modi distributed 71,000 appointment letters on Friday in the third phase of the job fair.
Two lakh youth were recruited in various departments
Pradhan said that I am happy to distribute the appointment letters to the newly appointed young men and women. Along with this, about two lakh youths have recently been recruited in various departments of the Central Government. He said the second phase of the fair was organized in November 2021 when the PM distributed 71,000 appointment letters, followed by 75,000 such letters in October last year. He said that the job fair is being organized under the Prime Minister’s announcement to include youth in government jobs.
The whole country is now dependent on the abilities of the youth.
He said that the whole country is now dependent on the capabilities of the youth and hence they have a major role to play in this ongoing Amrit Kaal. Prime Minister Narendra Modi used the term Amrit Kaal to describe the 25 years from the 75th year of India’s independence to the 100th year of the country’s independence. Pradhan said that he would take the country to the top whereas the youth before independence had ensured the country’s independence.
