Princeton University why is considered Rank No One

The private university Princeton University was established in 1746. The campus is 600 acres in size, has a total undergraduate enrolment of 5,321, and is located in a suburban area. Within the walls of its illustrious, ivy-covered campus, Princeton conducts a number of events, activities, and organizations. The Princeton Tigers of the Ivy League are noted for having consistently top men’s and women’s lacrosse teams.

Students live in one of seven residential colleges, which provide both housing and dining options, for their freshman and sophomore years. However, students have the choice to join one of more than ten eating clubs during their junior and senior years. The eating clubs serve as social and dining organizations for the students that join. The school’s commitment to civic participation is reflected in the unofficial motto of Princeton, “Princeton in the Nation’s Service and the Service of Humanity.”

Both the School of Engineering and Applied Science and the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs offer prestigious graduate degrees. One of the notable aspects of Princeton’s academic program is the senior thesis requirement for undergraduate students or the independent project requirement for students in a number of engineering professions. Notable alumni include former first lady Michelle Obama, actor and model Brooke Shields, and former American president Woodrow Wilson. According to folklore at Princeton, if a student leaves the campus through Fitz Randolph Gate before they have graduated, they may be cursed to never graduate.

With a 4% acceptance rate, Princeton University admissions are among the most selective. An ACT score of 33 to 35 or an SAT score between 1460 and 1570 is required for admission to Princeton University for half of the candidates. Nevertheless, 25% of accepted applicants received scores that were above these limits, while 25% received scores that were below these levels. The application date is January 1 and the Princeton University application fee is $70.
