Utkarsh Dwivedi was born in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, but he and his family have been residing in Indore’s Shalimar township for the past 12 years.
He enjoys writing evaluations that he posts on his blogs as well as reading nonfiction books.
The biscuit manufacturer Parle Product’s Indore Plant’s Senior Area Manager, Jagdish Prasad, is the father of Utkarsh.

His father claimed that Utkarsh had known from an early age that he wanted to be an IAS officer since his Nani had encouraged him to grow up to be such a powerful officer.

While pursuing his graduation, Utkarsh Dwivedi began his IAS test preparation.
